Our pieces are made in small runs; sizes and colourways shown on a product page are the sizes and colourways of that run. We have made every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's rendering of any colour. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities, on a case-by-case basis.
5. Billing and account accuracy
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details given with the order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm shipment.

Subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, Quebec, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
